Through grief, heartbreak, surgeries, lifelong medical diagnoses, chronic pain, and mobility challenges, I’ve turned to mindfulness, movement, and music to rebuild strength and flexibility, both mentally and physically, again and again. 

My hope is that in sharing my stories, struggles, and learnings, you'll feel less alone, remember that it really is possible to feel at home within yourself, and trust that you deserve your healing era.
