The resource I WISH existed.

I couldn't find anything this comprehensive so I made it myself and wanted to share it with you.

I was trying to think of something to provide that has actual value instead of another typical list that sounds something like "10 Ways to Improve Your Health!" and it emphatically proclaims things we already know we should do like "Get more sleep!" or "Eat more plants!" and "Learn How to Meditate!" Okay... but first: why should I care, and how do I actually implement this stuff?

That is exactly why I wanted to create something that synthesized everything I have been studying, researching, experimenting with and testing out over the past several years. Virtually everything on this list is something I have direct experience with: I either read the book, researched the supplement, watched the video or listened to the podcast...this page is the culmination of all the things I highly recommend to friends, family, and students, and have used to optimize my own health, both physical & mental.
