This is a deep, relaxing yin class with postures to release tightness in your low back,
upper back, and hips. We cycle through only a handful of poses so that way we can spend
a lot of time in each one, allowing the body enough time to naturally release tension
and unwind. Perfect for the end of a long day, especially right before bedtime!
The class ends with soft music while you are in savasana (corpse pose).
